✦ Our Commitment

1 Admission / Counselling Fee

• Counselling fee is non-refundable once the session is delivered.
• If admission is not secured in any university after payment of registration fee, 100% refund of registration fee (excluding processing charges).
• Once admission letter is issued and accepted by student, registration fee is non-refundable.

2 University Tuition Fee

• Tuition fees paid directly to university are governed by the university’s own refund policy.
• RusMedConnect acts only as a facilitator. Refund claims for tuition fees must be filed with the respective university.
• We assist students in communicating with the university for refund requests.

3 Visa & Documentation Fee

• Visa fee paid to embassy/consulate is non-refundable once application is submitted.
• Service charges for visa processing are 50% refundable if visa is rejected before submission to embassy.
• No refund after visa application is lodged with embassy.

4 Pre-departure & Travel Services

• Flight booking cancellations follow airline’s refund policy.
• Accommodation booking charges are non-refundable after check-in date.
• Airport pickup service is 100% refundable if cancelled 7 days before arrival.

5 FMGE / Coaching Services

• Coaching fee is refundable (minus 20% administration fee) within first 7 days of batch start.
• No refund after 7 days or after accessing study material online.
• Recorded lectures – once accessed, no refund.

6 Refund Process Timeline

All eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@rusmedconnect.com. Refunds are processed within 15-20 working days after approval. Payment will be made via the same mode as received (NEFT/cheque/UPI).

7 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from refund claims shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. All disputes shall be governed by Indian law.
